Dr, Bill Hettler, Co-Founder and President of the Board of Directors of the National Wellness Institute is the man we have to thank for The six Dimensions of Wellness model. The categories are as follows……social, occupational, spiritual, physical, intellectual, and emotional wellness. Each of these categories are very important to the whole well person. I personally try to keep a good balance between all six but as we all know we are human and this can be difficult at times.
My goal with The 6 Dimensions of Wellness posts is to research and share the knowledge I have gained on a variety of health and wellness topics with all of you, my readers! I want nothing more than to help educate you on topics you are interested in and questions and questions you may have.
